We want to prevent foreign matter contamination by installing a centrifuge in the clean room. A pharmaceutical manufacturing company has plans for a new factory and expressed the desire to "prevent foreign matter contamination by installing a centrifuge in the clean room." We proposed the JMP-S horizontal centrifuge, but due to budget constraints, they opted for the eMV, which omits the automatic features of the JMP-S. Additionally, the eMV we proposed requires the operator to manually perform the discharge, which helps reduce the machine's cost compared to the JMP. The eMV has a slanted basket, which alleviates the operator's burden during the crystal collection process. They have also mentioned that the replacement of filtration materials is easier compared to vertical models, leading to reduced work time and increased efficiency.

The special basket and lifter enable improved cleaning of the in-flight baskets and reduce the burden on the work operators.

We received an inquiry from chemical manufacturer Company O regarding their desire to easily recover and extract crystals using a top discharge centrifuge. We proposed and delivered our top discharge centrifuge model KMβ with a bottom-opening dewatering bag and a basket without a flange. As a result of using our centrifuge, we received positive feedback regarding: - Reduced burden on the operating personnel - Improved cleanability of the basket inside the machine In a top discharge centrifuge, the operating personnel must manually remove solid materials. However, this is quite labor-intensive, and the difficulty increases if the solids are hard. Furthermore, with medium-sized machines around 42 inches, the solids to be removed can exceed 100 kg.
